These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of guildstacklabs.com (the “Site”), operated by GuildStack Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms cover the Site, not the app. Denly, our co-parenting app, is governed by its own Denly Terms of Service and Denly Privacy Policy. If you use Denly, those documents — not these — govern that use. For how this Site handles data (including waitlist and hardship-exemption submissions), see our Privacy Policy.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is an informational and marketing site for GuildStack Labs and its products. You may view and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malware or harmful code
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users
- Misuse the waitlist or hardship-exemption forms (for example, by submitting others’ information without their consent, or by automated or bulk submissions)
2. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — text, design, logos, and the “GuildStack Labs” and “Denly” names and marks — are owned by GuildStack Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you no license to use our names, logos, or content except as needed to view the Site normally. You keep ownership of anything you submit through the Site (such as a hardship-exemption message); by submitting it, you allow us to use it to respond to and administer your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. No Warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current. Product details, pricing, and launch timing described on the Site may change.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GuildStack Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date are shown above, and material changes are recorded in the Version History below. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
