Frequently asked

Common questions

What is GuildStack Labs?

GuildStack Labs is an independent software studio. Our first app is Denly — a private, shared workspace that makes co-parenting simple: schedule, money, documents, and messages in one place. We publish what it costs to run, hold a reserve so it stays running, and answer to subscribers rather than investors.

When does Denly launch?

Denly is built and in final testing, launching Summer 2026 on iOS first, with Android to follow. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it's available.

How much does Denly cost?

$29.99/year — or $2.99/month. One price covers your entire Den: both co-parents and everyone you invite. 14-day free trial on both plans. If the price is a barrier, no one is turned away — see the Transparency page.

How do I report a bug or give feedback?

Email [email protected] with a description of the issue, your device type, and steps to reproduce it if possible. We read every email and aim to respond within 48 hours.

How do I report abuse or a safety concern?

In the app, open Settings > Report a Concern, or use Report under a message thread's More options. You can also email [email protected]. We review every report and act within 24 hours where action is warranted. Non-consensual intimate imagery has its own removal process — see Intimate imagery removal.

Do you collect my data?

We collect only what's necessary to make the app work. We don't sell data, show ads, or share information with third parties for marketing purposes. What you put in Denly stays in Denly — and you can export all of it, any time, from Settings.

What if my co-parent won't use it?

Denly works with one parent. The calendar, costs, documents, and the record are all yours to use on your own, and the invite stays open until your co-parent is ready. When they join, they see exactly what you see — same screens, same record — which is usually what wins over the reluctant one.

Can my attorney or mediator see the record?

Yes. Invite them to your Den as Counsel — a read-only view of the same record both parents see, with nothing edited or deleted and every entry timestamped on receipt. You can also export the whole record yourself as a ZIP of JSON and original files and hand it to them directly — nothing to request from us. Whether a record is admissible is up to the court, so Denly makes it tamper-evident and exportable rather than promising an outcome.

Can I request a feature?

Please do. Email [email protected] with your idea — we read every one, and requests like yours decide what gets built next.

How the money works

Where your subscription goes, why the price is set where it is, how pricing changes, and the hardship exemption — all laid out on the Transparency page.
