Third-Party Services

The GuildStack Labs website uses the following third-party services:

Cloudflare: Content delivery and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Supabase: Database and authentication for waitlist signups and hardship exemption requests. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). See Supabase’s privacy policy.
Stripe: Used by the Denly app (not this website) to process subscription payments. We do not store credit card details. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to using reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Usage analytics and diagnostic data may be retained in anonymized form for product improvement purposes.

If you submit a hardship-exemption request through our Transparency page, we retain the email address and situation description you provide for as long as a related waiver is active and for up to 24 months after it lapses so we can administer renewals, after which they are deleted. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist is retired.

Your data is stored in the United States. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

GuildStack Labs prioritizes transparency and open standards where they serve users well. Some components may be shared publicly over time, but our current focus is building a small number of products well and explaining our data practices clearly.
