Denly · Launching Summer 2026 · iOS first, Android to follow

Co-parenting made simple.

One private, shared workspace for two homes — schedule, money, documents, and messages in one calm place. Both parents see the same thing on every screen — built for the people raising kids together, not for catching anyone out.

One price covers your entire Den — $29.99/year. 14-day free trial. No one is turned away.

Privacy first

Your data stays yours. We don't sell it, we don't harvest it. Privacy is the default.

Yours to keep

Export everything you put in, any time, in a form you can read without us. If a subscription lapses, the record stays — read-only, never deleted.

On the record

The message thread is permanent, and its history is independently timestamped every day — so what's agreed stays agreed.

Inside the app

Everything two homes need, in one place

Five screens, and both parents see the same thing on every one of them. Here's what each one does — and the quiet things built in around the edges.

Home

1. A dashboard for the day

Your next handoff, a side-by-side timeline of each parent's day, anything waiting on you, and a running shared-balance pill — the whole day at a glance.

Calendar

2. One schedule, two homes

Month, week, and agenda views with six event types — Handoff, Doctor, School, Activity, Personal, and Other. Everything syncs to your device calendar automatically.

Costs

3. Money, settled clearly

Log shared expenses, attach a receipt from your camera or photos, and always know who owes whom. Settle up with a clear, confirmed handshake.

Info — the Vault

4. The documents that matter

Secure folders for Medical, School, Legal, Identity, and more — organized per child. Health records sit behind an extra consent gate, because some things deserve one.

Messages

5. Messages that stay put

One co-parent thread that's permanent and timestamped — nothing edited, nothing deleted. Write it like you'd say it across the kitchen — and easy to share with a mediator or attorney if it ever needs to be.

Built in

6. The little things

Passwordless sign-in with Apple or Google. Push notifications when something needs you. And your data is always yours to export — no lock-in, ever.

Den roles

Everyone who helps raise the kids, in one Den

A Den is the shared space around your kids. Both parents get full access — and you can invite the people around them at exactly the level that makes sense.

Full access

Co-parent

The other parent. Sees and shares everything — schedule, costs, documents, and the message thread.

Calendar only

Guest

Grandparents, a nanny, a step-parent helping with pickups. They see the calendar, plus the kids' names and birthdays so the schedule makes sense — nothing else.

Read-only

Counsel

A lawyer, mediator, or social worker. Read-only access to the same record both parents see — nothing edited, nothing deleted, every entry timestamped on receipt. Clients can export the whole record themselves and hand it over directly.

One price covers your entire Den — both parents and everyone you invite. No per-seat fees, no upsells.

Built to hold up

A record you can rely on

Denly holds some of the most sensitive records two homes have. These are the rules it's built on — each one is written into the Privacy Policy and Terms, so you can hold us to it.

Whether a record is admissible is decided by a court under its own rules — Denly makes the record tamper-evident and exportable; it doesn't promise a verdict.

1. Nothing edited, nothing deleted

Messages and confirmed settlements are immutable by design. Hiding a message from your own view never removes it from the record, and the audit log keeps its entries even after a Den is closed.

2. Independently timestamped, every day

Once a day, a single cryptographic fingerprint of your Den's record history goes to an independent timestamping authority. It proves the records existed, unchanged, as of that moment — and it can't be turned back into your content.

3. Yours to take with you

Settings → Privacy → Download My Data gives you a ZIP of everything: your records as plain JSON and your files exactly as you uploaded them. If you ever need your records for a legal matter, you already have them — nothing to request from us.

4. Encrypted, and no password to leak

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Sign-in is with Apple or Google only, so Denly never stores a password for you. Health records sit behind an extra consent gate.

5. Preserved, even if you stop paying

If a subscription or hardship waiver lapses, the Den becomes read-only — the record is kept, not deleted. Encrypted off-site backups are held for disaster recovery.

The difference

One bill per Den, not per parent

Most co-parenting apps bill each parent separately, hold the best features for the top tier, and answer to investors. Here's the model, side by side.

Traditional software

  • Per-parent billing

Each parent buys a separate subscription — both homes pay for the same thing

  • The best features on the top tier

The record, the documents, the exports — often gated behind the plan most people don't buy

  • Your data as the product

    Tracking and harvesting baked in

  • Investor-funded

Someone else's return decides what happens to the app — and to your records

GuildStack Labs

  • One price for your whole Den

$29.99/year — both parents and everyone you invite, every feature included

  • Nothing gated

The full app is the only app. The price is the billing model, not a smaller product

  • Privacy-first

Minimum data, never sold, no ads

  • Subscriber-funded, with a reserve

No investors. Subscriptions are the only revenue, and an operating reserve carries Denly through a lean year

  • No one is turned away

If you truly can't afford it, email us a line or two about your situation — no proof, no income forms

What it costs

One price covers your entire Den.

$29.99/yr or $2.99/mo

Covers both co-parents and everyone you invite — grandparents, step-parents, nannies, counsel. Most other apps charge each parent separately. We don't. And if the price is ever a barrier, no one is turned away.

Everything included

Every feature, everyone in your Den. No tiers, no add-ons.

14-Day Free Trial

Try every feature before you pay. Cancel anytime during the trial.

From the founder

Why Denly exists

Dan

Founder, GuildStack Labs

I grew up in a split household before smartphones existed. I was the kid caught in the middle of missed pickups, confused schedules, and things that fell through the cracks that no child should have to worry about.

That pattern never left me. So I looked at what tools existed for co-parents — and found an industry charging hundreds of dollars a year, usually billing each parent separately, for coordination that doesn't have to be complicated or expensive.

That's why I built Denly: co-parenting made simple. One shared workspace for both homes — schedule, money, documents, and a permanent message record — covered by a single price for your whole Den. And if that price is ever a barrier, no one is turned away. I'm a software engineer by trade; I built this because coordinating between two homes shouldn't be a luxury, and it shouldn't feel like a fight.

Where the price goes

The same full app, billed once per Den instead of once per parent. We publish where each subscription dollar goes — infrastructure, processing, the person building it, the hardship program and reserve — so you can check the math yourself.
