An independent software studio

A one-person studio building one app at a time.

We price things fairly, publish what they cost to run, and plan to still be here in ten years. That's it. That's the strategy.

What we build

A few things, done well

We'd rather do a few things well than everything at once. Each product stays small enough to maintain properly, and subscriptions are the only thing funding it — no ads, no investors, no selling data.

You can check the math

We publish what our software costs to run and where every subscription dollar goes. You don't have to take our word for anything.

We don't want your data

We collect what the app needs to work, and nothing more. It isn't sold, shared, or mined for ads.

Everyone gets the whole app

Every feature ships to everyone — the full product is the only product. The price just keeps it running.

Our first product

Launching Summer 2026 · iOS & Android

  • Shared calendar for two homes
  • Costs, settled clearly
  • A secure document vault
  • A permanent, timestamped message record

From the founder

Why I'm building this

I'm Dan, a software engineer. I started GuildStack Labs because I think small, honestly run software is still worth building — and worth paying for directly, instead of with your data.

Subscriptions pay the bills and the costs are public. The first product is Denly, a co-parenting app — built for a problem I grew up with.
